The National Municipal Policy contains the formally adopted positions taken by the National League of Cities on national issues. As a national membership organization, NLC focuses its policy positions on federal actions, programs, and proposals which directly impact municipalities. Each of six committees produce one section of the National Municipal Policy. Following is the second section of that policy, produced by the committee on Energy, Environment, and Natural Resources (EENR).
